This is a possible house design for lot 1a, which has a large level area to build on, suitable for a single storey house.

This spacious house features a master bedroom with walk in closet and bathroom, 2 bedrooms with shared bathroom and an additional service room with full bath for live-in help.

As shown, this is a 2,400 sq.ft. home. However this design, by our architect Rafael Castro, can be easily and simply modified to fit your own needs.

Please remember, these are concept designs placed in situ to show what is possible for each of the lots. If you have your own design ideas you may wish to work with our excellent architect to realize them.
